Estimates are for guidance

The per-person figures, hourly ranges and flight times on this site are informational estimates, not offers. Real prices depend on the aircraft, the dates and the operator, and we may change the estimates at any time.

A quote is not a booking

A quote binds neither you nor us until a charter agreement is signed. Before you book, you are told which carrier will operate the flight: an FAA Part 135 direct air carrier, or the foreign equivalent, in operational control of the aircraft. Every aircraft remains subject to the operator's confirmation.

Per-person figures

The operator charges for the aircraft as a whole. Per-person amounts are a way of showing that price divided by your group; they are not separate fares, and the person who signs the charter agreement is responsible for the full price.

Taxes and fees

Quotes include the taxes and fees that apply at the time of quoting, such as US federal excise tax and segment fees on domestic flights. Later changes to the itinerary, or to government charges, are handled under the charter agreement.

Cancellations

Cancellation and change terms, including any fees, are those in your charter agreement.

Our liability

So far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using this website, and our liability for the site is limited to direct losses you could reasonably foresee. The operating carrier is responsible for operating your flight. Liability that the law does not allow us to limit is not limited by anything here.

Governing law

These terms are subject to United States law and to the law of the State of New York.
