Privacy policy

Effective 9 October 2026. Quote requests submitted on this site are handled by Charter Jet One, the air charter broker that operates Private Jet Cost per Person.

The short version

You give us contact and trip details so we can price a flight. We use them for that, for the booking if there is one, and for offers only if you opted in. We share them with the operator and the services we need, and we never sell them.

Information you give us

• Name, email address and phone number.
• Trip details: airports, dates, passenger numbers and any notes.
• Your choice on the offers checkbox.

Information that comes with the request

The page you sent it from, the referring web address, and any campaign tags in your link, such as utm_source or utm_campaign. We use these to understand which pages help people.

How it is used

To prepare your quote and reply to you; to book and manage the trip with the operator if you go ahead; and, where you ticked the box, to email occasional offers. Untick by asking us at any time.

Sharing

With the air carrier that would operate your flight, and with the providers that help us quote and book, such as email and web hosting, for those purposes only. Your details are not sold to anyone.

Keeping it

Requests are held while they are useful for answering you and for normal business records; booking records for as long as the law requires; your offers choice until you change it.

Your choices

You may ask to see the information we hold, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. A reply to any of our emails does it, as does a note sent through the quote form.

Cookies

Only those strictly needed for the site to work. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers.

Children

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16. A minor's details are used only when an adult books a trip they are flying on.

Updates

Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
