About
A broker that shows the split.
We arrange private jet charter for groups, and we show what that costs each person before anyone commits.
What we do
Private Jet Cost per Person is an air charter broker. We do not own aircraft or employ crews. When your group asks for a price, we work out which aircraft sizes suit the people, bags and distance, ask FAA Part 135 operators (or the equivalent abroad) that have those aircraft, and bring back the options with one all-in total each and the share per person.
Why per person
A private jet is priced as a whole, which makes the headline number look out of reach for most groups. Divided by six or eight friends, the same trip often lands somewhere very different. We show both numbers side by side because the group deciding together needs both.
How we estimate
The estimates on this site use approximate US market rates: hourly ranges for each aircraft category, 7.5% federal excise tax on domestic flights, and a federal segment fee of about $5 per passenger per leg. They are labelled as estimates wherever they appear. Repositioning, waiting days, airport fees and catering depend on the actual trip, so a quote replaces every estimate with real figures.
Who operates your flight
Every US flight we arrange is operated by an air carrier holding an FAA Part 135 certificate, which has operational control of the aircraft. Abroad, the local equivalent applies. We check an operator's audit history, including ARGUS, Wyvern and IS-BAO where held, and you can ask for those details for any aircraft we put forward. The operator is named in your charter agreement before payment.
What working with us looks like
- One advisor from the first message to the landing.
- Options by email, each with the aircraft, an all-in total and the per-person share.
- Honest advice when a different airport, a smaller aircraft or an empty leg would save the group money.
- No membership, deposit or sign-up to ask.
What we will not do
Invent prices, show fake availability or claim to be cheapest. If per-seat options would genuinely suit one or two of your travellers better, we will say so.
